Nutrition is a key part of the HYPOXI-Method, so we have designed this HYPOXI-friendly meal plan for you to follow during your HYPOXI-Training.
During the pre-course period you can view the first week of the menu plan and get ready with your first shopping list. We’ve used as many leftover meals as possible – less time in the kitchen, more time for you. Breakfasts serve 1, dinners serve 2 so that the second serve can be used for lunch the next day. We recommend preparing ahead of time. Shopping for ingredients the week before will help you stay on track. You can make a shopping list from your planner page for up to two weeks in advance.

Eating out? Lucky you! Just change your meal to ‘Going out’ to complete the task for that meal.
